Does Dental and Vision supplement also apply to the five year rule? And if not can one add them before and/or after retirement? Basically is it something one can drop and start at anytime?

Answer

Yes. The 5 year requirement rule does not apply under FEDVIP. You can enroll and disenroll every open season.
