What if an employee declines coverage and then wishes to enroll based on a QLE or during the next Open Season?

If an employee declines coverage and then wishes to enroll based on a QLE or during the following Open Season, that employee must meet the requirements for coverage at that time (i.e. be expected to be in pay statute to be at least 130 hours per calendar month for at least 90 days) at the time of enrollment.
