Agency Systems and Liaison is composed of two customer support teams: Systems Access Support Team and Agency Liaison Team
The Systems Access Support Team (SAST) provides agencies with guidance and support throughout the investigative process. SAST's support capabilities include answering questions about submitting investigation forms and fingerprints cards, managing security and submitting office information, Central Verification System (CVS), Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS), and Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) system. SAST provides the requesting agency with statistical reports on its investigation submissions.
The Agency Liaison Team provides agencies with information on upcoming events and policies relating to the investigation and adjudication process. Agencies are encouraged to contact their liaison specialist or call the Systems Access Support Team at 724-794-5612, extension 4600 for assistance.
