QUOTES

“The majority of the 40 agencies that use our system are these small agencies that for the first time have employees who feel like the rest of government. They have the latest and greatest technology to do a very basic human resource function." – Rebecca Ayers, USA Performance Program Leader, OPM

“We want them (customers/other agencies) to have opportunities to think strategically, do fantastic work, so anything that we can do for our customers to move them out of paper, out of checking this box, moving forward… we’re going to do it.” – MC Price, Associate Chief Information Officer, OPM

"The system blew us away this year. It was even better than expected, and we were nearly paperless this rating cycle." - USA Performance Agency Customer
