Patrick H. Conway
Deputy Administrator for Innovation and Quality
Dr. Conway is responsible for overseeing programs serving over 130 million Americans through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and Health Insurance Marketplaces. He leads health care innovation and delivery system reform efforts to achieve better care, smarter spending, and healthier people across the U.S. health system.

    Associate Director for Policy, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Food and Drug Administration
    Ms. Axelrad manages FDA’s legislative, policy, surveillance and enforcement oversight issues for drug compounding. Her JD is from Columbus School of Law, Catholic University.

    Chief Information Officer, and Director of the Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology, NIAID, NIH, DHHS
    Since 2003, Mr. Tartakovsky has led his office in delivering to NIAID state-of-the-art IT Infrastructure, Custom Software Applications, Bioinformatics tools, and Business Analytics.

    Donald Wright MD MPH is a Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health and serves as Director of the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.
  • Williams McCabe
    Chief Financial Officer, Program Support Center
    He brings nearly 30 years of corporate financial experience to the government and provides exceptional leadership and management to the financial operations of PSC.
  • Nancy O’Connor
    Philadelphia Regional Administrator
    Nancy serves as Regional Administrator and Deputy Consortium Administrator primarily focusing on external affairs and casework for Marketplace, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.
  • Daniel G. Wheeland
    Director, Office of Research Facilities, National Institutes of Health, DHHS
    Dan Wheeland, P.E., is Director of the Office of Research Facilities for NIH, managing 700 employees and 20 million square feet of facilities.
  • Thomas F. Morris
    Associate Administrator, Office of Federal Rural Health Policy Health Resources and Services Administration
    Mr. Morris oversees policy issues which affect the 52 million rural Americans, including the health needs of rural populations.
