TMA will provide full administrative support, including issuing task orders, tracking financials, and processing invoices.
TMA Project Managers partner with you to ensure solutions are cost-effective and customized to meet your needs.
TMA stays abreast of new developments through continuing briefings and contractor presentations. TMA pre-qualified contractors have been selected for their ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing learning technologies and human capital management requirements.
OPM has awarded TMA contracts to selected contractors based on a rigorous competitive process. Client Agencies are assured the contractor working on the project has extensive, proven expertise in the fields of training and human capital management.
TMA guarantees the performance of its vendors and stands behind the quality of its products.
In the unlikely event that a vendor is not performing well on your project, your TMA Project Manager will intervene immediately on your behalf to establish a plan for getting the project back on track. If vendor performance does not improve within a reasonable time period, TMA, with your concurrence, can move the project to another vendor within days. TMA will handle all of the negotiations and paperwork for you. This feature of our contract vehicle is designed to safeguard the Government’s interest and minimize customer headaches.
