In the unlikely event that a vendor is not performing well on your project, your TMA Project Manager will intervene immediately on your behalf to establish a plan for getting the project back on track. If vendor performance does not improve within a reasonable time period, TMA, with your concurrence, can move the project to another vendor within days. TMA will handle all of the negotiations and paperwork for you. This feature of our contract vehicle is designed to safeguard the Government’s interest and minimize customer headaches.
