    Does an agency have to submit an annual awards report?

    No. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will use awards data extracted from the Central Personnel Data File (CPDF) to report Governmentwide data on cash and time-off awards. OPM no longer requires agencies to submit OPM Form 1465.
