  • Many seminars offered in the LEAD Certificate Program are certified by the American Council on Education (ACE) for college and graduate credit. The credit hours vary depending on the length and content of the course. ACE serves as the registry for student to collect ACE-certified course credits for nontraditional training courses. After paying one-time fee to establish a transcript with ACE, student can use ACE to collect and maintain a permanent record of classes and credits. Carra Carlton is the point-of-contact for questions you may have. She can be reached at carra.carlton@opm.gov and 303-671-1022. Click here for ACE information:  ACE credits
