Statement: OPM extends special solicitation for Hurricane Maria

Acting Director of the Office of Personnel Management Kathy McGettigan has announced the extension of a special solicitation to provide emergency relief to areas affected by Hurricane Maria.

OPM previously granted authority to heads of Executive Departments and Agencies to allow a special solicitation of Federal employees at the workplace for areas affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

This special solicitation for all three hurricanes has been extended and must conclude no later than October 13, 2017.
