Full Sets of Rate Charts
Eligible tribal employees who enroll in the FEHB Program will be covered as long as the tribes or tribal organizations carrying out programs under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA) or the Tribally Controlled Schools Act of 1988 (25 U.S.C. 2501 et seq.) and urban Indian organizations carrying out programs under Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA) are entitled to purchase FEHB coverage for their employees.
Tribal employers provide payroll deduction services for their tribal employees and ensure that the full amount of the premium is available to the paymaster when withdrawal is made from the bank account designated by the tribal employer.

In the tables below, you can find the monthly premiums, the total premiums, and the minimum amount your tribal employer must pay for each health plan (this amount is the same amount that Federal agencies contribute for their employees). Be sure to check with your tribal employer as there are some tribal employers who may choose to pay a larger portion of your premiums (up to 100 percent).
