OPM helps the President manage the civil service of the Federal government. While our work has a direct impact on employees and Departments/agencies throughout the Federal government, don’t forget that we are an employer of choice in our own right.   • Operates health insurance programs to help all Americans get access to quality, affordable health insurance coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act?
