Agency field offices should order through their headquarters office and NOT from OFEGLI.
Agencies should provide a copy of this Booklet to all new employees. We also encourage agencies to download the Booklet locally. However, if you can't access the Adobe Acrobat PDF-fillable form, you can order a limited supply from OFEGLI.
