October 25, 2016 | 9:00am – 4:00pm | Washington, DC

You get a wealth of information from organizational surveys like the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. When used wisely, these results can drive meaningful change in your organization and increase employee engagement in the process. When used ineffectively, however, you run the risk of demotivating your people and hampering your agency's ability to meet its mission. This 1-day course, led by an OPM Personnel Research Psychologist, will teach you to effectively interpret organizational survey results and show you how to focus on important areas that will have an impact on employee engagement and performance. You'll learn how to recommend areas to improve and how to begin the action planning process to convert those recommendations into tangible actions. You will also engage in an interactive review of actual survey data to give you real-world experience interpreting survey data and translating the results into action. For more information, please email HRTrainingOnDemand@opm.gov.
