MODIFIED TABLE APPROVED ON 03/15/2016 PER DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR REQUEST AND BASED ON SUPPORTING SALARY AND STAFFING DATA. AT THE REQUEST OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, SINCE COVERAGE OF OCCUPATIONAL SERIES 0810 AND 1801 IS NO LONGER NECESSARY FOR THE BUREAU OF OCEAN ENERGY MANAGEMENT (BOEM) IN LOCATIONS COVERED BY THIS SPECIAL RATE TABLE, WHILE SUCH COVERAGE REMAINS NECESSARY FOR THE BUREAU OF SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT, BOEM IS REMOVED FROM THE AGENCY COVERAGE OF THIS TABLE. SPECIAL RATE COVERAGE OF BOEM POSITIONS IN OCCUPATIONAL SERIES 0881, 1313, AND 1350 AND WITH DUTY STATIONS IN THE LOCATION COVERED BY THIS TABLE IS CONTINUED BY NEWLY ESTABLISHED SPECIAL RATE TABLE 0714, WHICH IS EFFECTIVE THE FIRST DAY OF THE FIRST PAY PERIOD BEGINNING ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2016. TABLE APPROVED ON 08/14/2015 PER DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR REQUEST AND BASED ON SUPPORTING SALARY AND STAFFING DATA. RATES LIMITED TO THE RATE FOR LEVEL IV OF THE EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE (5 U.S.C. 5305).
