INCORPORATING THE 1.0 PERCENT JANUARY 2026 GENERAL SCHEDULE INCREASE. LOCATIONS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY COVERED BY THIS TABLE AND PART OF THE HOUSTON-THE WOODLANDS, TX, LOCALITY PAY AREA HAVE BEEN REMOVED DUE TO SPECIAL RATES NO LONGER EXCEEDING APPLICABLE LOCALITY PAY. RATES LIMITED TO THE RATE FOR LEVEL IV OF THE EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE (5 U.S.C. 5305).
