LIMITED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AS DEFINED IN 5 U.S.C. 5541(3) AND 5 CFR 550.103. INCORPORATING THE 1.0 PERCENT JANUARY 2026 GENERAL SCHEDULE INCREASE. THIS SPECIAL RATE TABLE USES LEO SPECIAL BASE RATES WHERE APPLICABLE FOR COVERED GRADES. THUS, THE VALUES SHOWN IN THE "SUPPLEMENTS" COLUMN ARE APPLIED EITHER TO BASE GS RATES OR BASE GL RATES BASED ON GRADE. NOTE THAT PRIOR TO THE JANUARY 2026 PAY ADJUSTMENT, THE SUPPLEMENTS DISPLAYED ON THIS TABLE REFLECTED THE AMOUNTS BY WHICH THE SPECIAL RATES EXCEEDED REGULAR GS BASE RATES.
