Regional plans provide coverage in designated locations. Regional plans do not provide international coverage.

OPM is no longer producing the Guide to Federal Benefits (Guide) beginning with the 2016 benefit year. This will include both the printed and online versions of the Guide. We have determined that it is no longer cost effective to produce the Guide and due to the implementation of the Going Green Initiative in 2010, an increasing number of agencies are turning toward online resources for information about the federal benefits programs instead of ordering printed copies of the Guide.

You can enroll in one of the plans listed in the International Dental Premium Chart. These plans provide coverage for services received outside the United States.
If you live inside the United States:
Your rates are determined based on where you live. This is called a rating area. To find your bi-weekly or monthly Dental premium, you must first find your rating area in the file below.
To find your Dental rating area, use the Dental Rating Area Chart.
To find your bi-weekly or monthly Dental premium, match your rating area with your desired FEDVIP plan in the Dental Premium Chart.
