On October 15, 2015, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Acting Director Beth Cobert released the 2015 National Work & Family Month memorandum, providing an overview of our progress towards more effective, flexible work environments.  In the memorandum, OPM shares information about multiple resources and tools available to agencies as they expand the use of workplace flexibilities and work-life programs as appropriate and consistent with agency mission.
