Questions and answers

No.  The JOA must specify “anywhere in the U.S. (remote job)” for a position that is being filled on a remote basis.  The regulatory requirements for a vacancy announcement specify that the JOA must contain a duty location (see 5 CFR 330.104(a)(4)).
