OPM Launches Federal Attorney Career Page and Talent Network to Strengthen Federal Legal Workforce

Washington, DC – The US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) today announced the launch of the Attorney Talent Network.

The Attorney Talent Network enables attorneys from across the United States to connect directly with federal recruiters and explore career opportunities in the federal government. By joining the network, attorneys can make their resumes searchable, receive notifications about job openings, and be alerted to upcoming hiring events.

Federal attorneys serve across agencies nationwide, litigating cases, advising on regulatory and policy matters, and upholding the Constitution. The launch of the Attorney Talent Network strengthens the federal government’s ability to attract qualified legal professionals committed to public service.

“The Attorney Talent Network will help us connect talented attorneys from across the country with meaningful opportunities to serve,” said OPM Director Scott Kupor. “By making it easier for legal professionals to engage with federal recruiters, we are strengthening the federal workforce and advancing our mission of public service.”

Attorneys interested in joining can create or log in to their USAJOBS account, upload their resume, and opt in to share their profile with federal recruiters through the here.
