Overview
An organization’s ability to achieve its mission and objectives relies on effectively aligning its people, processes, technology, structure, and strategy. When these essential elements are coordinated around common outcomes, the organization can operate both efficiently and effectively, while also improving its capacity to adapt to evolving needs and priorities.
Regardless of where you sit within your organization, you can apply Business Process Management (BPM) principles to optimize the processes you use every day. BPM provides a structured methodology for designing, documenting, analyzing, improving, and monitoring the processes an organization uses to deliver services and accomplish its mission.
