To assist you in your student recruiting efforts, Staff Acquisition will work with your Human Resources staff and Program Officer to help manage your Pathways Program. This program creates a pathway to recruit and hire students and recent graduates. It also serves as the replacement for the Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP) which was eliminated March 1, 2011. We can work with agencies from creating and giving you access to the online assessment questionnaire to producing a referral list based on excepted appointment ranking rules. We can also manage and perform the entire program action quickly and seamlessly. Of course, we can customize our Pathways Program offerings to fit your current needs.
