2200 INFORMATION/COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL SERVICES GROUP

This group includes all classes of positions the duties of which are to advise on, administer, supervise, or perform administrative or technical work involved in the provision of the planning, development, implementation, and support of systems and services for processing, transmitting, and securing information through various modalities. This grouping includes but is not limited to: 

• Information Technology: Computing systems, software development, data management, cybersecurity, etc.
• Telecommunications: Installation, maintenance, and management of communication networks for voice, data, and multimedia through various modalities.
• Digital Services: Delivery and oversight of online platforms, cloud services, web applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Technical and Administrative Support: Activities such as technical troubleshooting, system configuration, project coordination, procurement, compliance monitoring, and operational oversight that enable Information and Communication Technology functions to run efficiently.
