DENVER-AURORA, CO LOCALITY PAY AREA |
| CM DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (LIMITED COVERAGE – SEE NOTES) |
NOTES: This table is part of special rate authorization approved on 1/23/26. This table applies only for GS-0083 police officer positions that meet the coverage conditions of Special Rate Table 0813. Department of Commerce coverage is limited to positions within the Office of Security.
For employees covered by the Commerce Alternative Personnel System (CAPS) who would otherwise be General Schedule (GS) employees covered by this special rate table, the minimum and maximum rates of CAPS pay band and band intervals will link to the GS minimum and maximum rates for corresponding GS grades. When a special rate for GS employees that would otherwise apply to CAPS employees is established or increased, parallel adjustments are made to the CAPS employee’s rate of pay. (See CAPS Operating Procedures Manual.)
