How do I contact the eOPF Helpdesk?

Answer

Contact helpdesk by email at eopfhelpdesk@opm.gov .

You need to provide the following:

1. Full Name

2. Agency/Organization

3. Contact information (phone and email)

4. The Agency URL impacted (the link to the website)

5. The Web Server number (found on the bottom left of the accept screen)

6. Complete description of the problem
