The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has developed an online course entitled, "Executive Excellence and Wellness through Strategic Leadership." The course provides senior leaders with valuable knowledge, strategies and resources on how to use their strategic leadership skills in their work and personal lives to achieve executive excellence and wellness. The course reinforces the critical need for Federal executives to focus their strategic leadership on organizational and personal goals, and to align resources and activities to those priorities.
