Acting Executive Director , Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council
Latonia Page is the Acting Executive Director of the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council at the Office of Personnel Management.
In this capacity, Latonia oversees the CHCO Council and works with human capital leaders from across the federal government on the development and implementation of human capital strategies and policies. She also serves as the Priority Area Lead (PAL) Designee on behalf of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Kiran Ahuja, the PAL for the Workforce Priority of the President's Management Agenda. Latonia advises the OPM Director on topics related to planning for the 'future of work' and federal recruiting and hiring.
Prior to this role, Latonia has served for 10 years across OPM, in leadership roles with Merit Systems Accountability and Compliance (MSAC), Employees Services (now Workforce Priority and Innovation), and Human Resource Solutions. Before OPM, Latonia served in various human resources and managerial roles at the Food and Drug Administration, joining the agency in 2001 as a Presidential Management Fellow.
A U.S. Air Force Gulf War veteran, Latonia holds a BA in social work from Texas Tech University and a Master's of Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
