For enrollment/premium questions regarding the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program, please contact BENEFEDS at 1-877-888-FEDS (1-877-888-3337), TTY 1-877-889-5680.
You must use BENEFEDS to enroll or change enrollment in a FEDVIP plan. BENEFEDS is a secure enrollment website sponsored by OPM. If you do not have access to a computer, call to enroll or change your enrollment.

Open Season
- 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
- Closed on weekends and Thanksgiving day.
- 8:00 a.m. to Midnight, Eastern Time, last day of Open Season, Monday, December 12.
Non-Open Season
- 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
