Congratulations! You may view and print your certificate from the USA Learning site by going to “My Dashboard” and clicking “Record of Learning.” It may take up to one week after you receive your test results for your certificate to appear in your profile.

You are now certified to conduct DE work independently for your agency for three years from the date listed on your certificate or when you leave federal civil service employment, whichever occurs first. If you separate from federal service, your certification is considered active if you return to federal service or become a contract employee within one year of separation and the certification expiration date has not passed. If more than one year has elapsed between separation from and return to federal service, you must pass the DE certification assessment to reestablish certification before being assigned delegated examining work.
