Workforce and succession planning is a flexible offering that OPM can adapt to meet client needs and resources.  Whether it be through providing the preliminary steps of workforce analysis and environmental scans and making next step recommendations, or taking managers through a nine-box matrix training, we can educate clients and point them in the right direction.  This typically involves meeting with clients to understand what has been done in the past and where they hope to be in the future.  Based on the current state of a workforce planning initiative, OPM can help an organization move forward with services including consulting, WFSP training offerings, workforce analysis, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, competency modeling, gap analysis, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and training and development program implementation.
