TMA Program

Questions and answers

GSA oversees and administers the awarded contracts, while OPM provides program support and guidance on requirements to customers. Both GSA and OPM will provide assisted acquisition services—editing and finalizing requirements documents, providing task order lifecycle services, and project management support to Federal agencies. The TMA Program will continue to deliver high-quality human capital services and training products that align with the federal Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF) to agencies.
