Summary: The United States Office of Personnel Management gives notice that it has conducted a Privacy Impact Assessment for the Services Online System (SOS). SOS allows civil service annuitants and their survivors to view and make changes to their annuity payments. The changes are then forwarded to OPM's Center for Retirement and Insurance Service for processing into the Annuity Roll Processing System.
