For IRS Form 1095-C Line 16, if an employee is hired on a temporary assignment in mid-February and is not expected to work for more than 90 days, what codes would you use to indicate that coverage was not offered?

For February, March, and April, use 2D to indicate the Limited Non-Assessment Period.For May, use 2B only if they work less than 130 hours that month; if they work more than 130 hours, leave the field blank.
