Frequently Asked Questions Combined Federal Campaign

Since a local or regional federation can be in more than one CFC, if one CFC accepts the federation can the neighboring campaign accept the application without having to review all the applications of all its members?

LFCCs in a state may enter into agreements to have one committee review all statewide applications. Participating campaigns would honor the decision of that LFCC. In all other cases, each LFCC must fully review any and all charitable organizations applying for eligibility regardless of their status in other campaign areas. Admission into one campaign area is not a guarantee of admission into another.
