Applies to: All Federal Government, December 24, 2018

Status: Subject to the Executive Order 11582, signed by President Trump, Executive Branch, Non-Postal Federal Employees and those who cannot be excused from national security, defense, and other public need; or those who, in the judgement of the agency head, deems necessary; will be excused today from work, with pay and without charge to leave. For pay and leave purposes, December 24, 2018 will be treated as falling within the scope of statuses and Executive Orders governing holidays.
