The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Chief Human Capital Officers’ (CHCO) Council are sponsoring an interactive virtual human resources (HR) training conference to develop and enhance HR skills and interagency collaboration. The theme is “REDI for the Future.” REDI, which stands for recruitment, engagement, diversity and inclusion, is an OPM strategy designed to further the People and Culture pillar of the President's Management Agenda. A wide variety of workshops at the conference will focus on these topics. Approximately 40 sessions will be delivered in five tracks. For more information about the tracks and to register please visit the OPM Center for Leadership and Development page. If you need further information about the conference, contact us at: ASKHRS@opm.gov.
