OPM’s HR Solutions Presents - Performance Management Series: Engagement through Alignment

There are many ways to improve employee engagement and organizational performance in your agency. One key method is to ensure each employee understands their link to organization’s mission and strategic goals. Aligning jobs to the overall mission enables each employee to know why their work is important, how their contributions are meaningful, and how they fit into the big picture.
