Annual SES and SP Data Call
OPM has issued the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Annual SES and SP Performance Appraisal System Reporting Data Call memorandum. Please see the templates and associated instructions for completing the Annual Performance Reporting Data Calls below. Per the memorandum, the data call must be sent to annualdatacall@opm.gov no later than Friday, May 1, 2026.

Please ensure your agency uses the appropriate template. There are separate templates for SES and SP and different templates for agencies that used the Annual Performance Based Compensation (APBC) vs. Separate Methods.

Agency Oversight Officials are responsible for overseeing the results of the applicable system and must review the data for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.

Reported data must be accurate, free of errors, compliant with the associated instructions, and reflect actions that were processed during your FY2025 cycle (actual, not prospective or proposed).

Protect personally identifiable information (PII) by following proper data security procedures and sending access passwords via separate e-mail to annualdatacall@opm.gov.

Use the Explanatory Comments column on Tab 2 to explain any unique circumstances and anomalies affecting the senior employee’s rating, pay, or awards data.
